Solutions for companies.

Your reliable partner for corporate insurance throughout Switzerland

At Tragwerk AG, you receive tailor-made insurance solutions that fit your company perfectly. Whether personal insurance, property insurance or financial loss insurance – we support you in optimally protecting your company and specifically minimizing risks.

Personal insurance protects you, your company and your employees against financial risks related to accidents, illness, maternity, disability or death.

Employers in Switzerland are legally required to insure their employees against occupational accidents and occupational diseases in accordance with the Federal Law on Accident Insurance (UVG/LAA). Employees who work at least eight hours per week for the same employer are also insured against non-occupational accidents.

We support you in selecting a suitable UVG/LAA solution and compare benefits, premiums and contractual terms from various providers. The goal is legally compliant, needs-based and economically sensible protection for your company and your employees.

Standard accident insurance protection has its limits. We review premiums on the insurance market and find the provider with the most attractive offer for you. The benefits of such supplementary insurance include:

  • Coverage of loss of salary beyond the UVG/LAA maximum insured salary of CHF 148,200
  • Coverage of hospital stays worldwide in a private or semi-private ward
  • Coverage of continued salary payments in the event of loss of earnings
  • Additional benefits in the event of disability or death

Daily sickness benefits insurance is generally voluntary in Switzerland, but it can be an important component of corporate risk protection. Employers are required to continue paying salary for a limited period in the event of an employee’s inability to work through no fault of their own due to illness or pregnancy.

With suitable daily sickness benefits insurance, this risk can be covered in a more predictable way.

We compare benefits, premiums, waiting periods and contractual terms from various providers and support you in selecting a solution that suits your company, your staff structure and your employment contract arrangements.

Occupational pension provision forms the second pillar of the Swiss pension system and complements AHV/IV benefits. Employees are compulsorily insured under the BVG/LPP if they meet the legal requirements, in particular if their annual salary is above the entry threshold.

We support companies in selecting, reviewing and optimizing their pension fund solution. In doing so, we focus on a needs-based and economically sensible solution, tailored to the industry, company size, salary structure and existing pension needs.

If a business partner is absent due to illness, accident, disability or death, questions often arise as to how financial participation, succession and the company’s ability to act are regulated. Mutual protection can help financially protect the remaining partners and secure business continuity.

We use specialist solutions tailored to the situation, ownership structure and needs of the business partners.

We review the existing situation, identify suitable solution approaches and, if necessary, coordinate the involvement of insurers, pension institutions as well as tax and legal experts.

The aim is to regulate the financial consequences of an absence at an early stage so that the remaining business partners remain able to act.

We support you and your team with questions relating to corporate personal insurance. We explain existing insurance solutions, responsibilities and processes in a clear and practical way. We also help correctly assess relevant insurance and pension topics when employees join or leave the company.

In the event of a claim, particularly in cases of illness or accident, we support coordination with insurers, pension institutions and other parties involved. Companies benefit from our specialist knowledge, experience and broad network.

Property insurance is one of the most important basic components of corporate protection and protects business inventory against the financial consequences of damage.

Whether individual company vehicles or entire vehicle fleets – we develop insurance solutions tailored to your company’s requirements. From liability and comprehensive insurance to individual supplementary coverage, we ensure comprehensive protection for your business mobility. In the event of a claim, we are by your side as your contact partner and accompany the entire claims process.

Inventory insurance protects your company’s tangible assets and secures the continuity of your business operations.

Technical insurance protects against the financial consequences of unforeseen damage to machinery, equipment and technical installations. We analyze your company’s risks and identify suitable protection options – so that outages can be resolved quickly and your operations can return to normal as soon as possible.

With transport insurance for SMEs, you are protected against the consequences of damage to goods and equipment that may occur during transport. We compare providers’ benefits for you so that you receive the right scope of insurance and find the best solution.

All-risk insurance provides broader protection for inventory, equipment and business property than traditional insurance solutions. It covers unforeseen damage or destruction unless expressly excluded.

Financial loss insurance protects companies against financial consequences that may arise from liability claims, breaches of duty, fidelity losses or other asset-related risks.

Professional and business liability insurance protects your company against the financial consequences of personal injury, property damage and financial losses that may arise in connection with your professional or business activities. It covers justified claims for damages and defends against unjustified claims. Whether errors in the performance of an activity, damage at customer premises or risks arising from services – professional and business liability insurance protects your company against the financial consequences of liability claims and is one of the most important types of insurance for companies.

The digital world, connected IT systems, cloud solutions and the use of AI open up new opportunities for companies – but also bring new risks.

Cyber risks are often underestimated by companies. Over the past three years, around 24,000 Swiss SMEs have been affected by a serious cyberattack; 73% of the affected companies suffered significant financial damage.

Cyber insurance protects against the financial consequences of cyberattacks, malware, data loss, system failures, business interruptions, data protection breaches, cyber extortion and digital fraud.

We analyze your company’s cyber risks, taking into account your IT infrastructure, digital processes and industry.

Whether disputes with customers, suppliers, employees, landlords or authorities – legal conflicts are part of the risks of everyday business.

Business legal protection insurance supports your company in safeguarding and enforcing its legal interests and covers – within the scope of the agreed insurance benefits – costs for legal advice, lawyers, court proceedings and other legal clarifications.

The personal liability of corporate bodies and senior executives is often underestimated. D&O insurance protects members of the board of directors, executive management, association boards, foundation boards or other responsible persons against the financial consequences of liability claims related to their executive or management activities.

This protection is particularly relevant for companies with increased management, financing or regulatory risks – especially in the financial sector, but also for consulting, technology, healthcare and social enterprises, foundations, associations and SMEs with active management.
